Hey! This is Tiger Bill and I’d like to tell you a little about myself.

I am a musician who happens to play the drums and I have been playing and teaching for more than 40 years. During that time I have developed a physical system of drumming that allows you to perform with maximum power, speed, endurance, and precision but without the dangers of repetitive motion injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis that are becoming much too common today.

The reason these disabilities are common is mainly due to using improper drum techniques and the reason injuries are becoming more common has to do with the popularity of metal-style drumming and also extreme (speed) drumming contests.

While I have nothing against either of these – I teach and use metal-drumming grooves myself and I think they are great developmental tools and I have competed in (and won) the NAMM World’s Fastest Drummer Competition. Both of these activities can be great fun and very rewarding, but they have to be approached with caution! – meaning with the proper technique. My system of Tension Free Drumming has been tested and proven safe and effective not only by me but by my students over many years.

If you are interested in learning Tension Free Drumming, you have a number of options. You can visit TensionFreeDrumming.com, which is a membership site and for an extremely low cost, you can learn anything you need to know about drumming including the specifics of Tension Free Drumming. Your other options are to pick up a copy of my DVD-Set that covers the Concepts of Tension Free Drumming in great detail at: DrummersWishList.com. The final option is to take a private lesson with me either in my State-of-the-Art East Coast studio or over the Web. You can find more info on that at: DrummersWishList.com.

In addition to playing drums and teaching other drummers to be the best they can be, I am deeply involved in Media production. I not only produce my own books, CDs, DVDs, Websites, etc., but I offer expert advice to those who would like to know how they can publish their own project. More on that is available from: TigerMixMedia.com.

If you haven’t checked out my DrumBeat Web TV Show yet, please do so at the following link. It’s free and every show offers you tons of tips and tricks that teach you how to learn more, earn more, have more fun with your drums! Check it out now at this link: DrumBeat Web TV.

If you have any further questions or concerns, I can be reached at info[at]tigerbill.com or phone at: 908-638-0125.
