The A, B, C's. Chips explains the concepts that have helped him streamline his own practice time and enables him to enter new parts into his playing quickly and efficiently. These A, B, C concepts are applied to each of the exercises throughout the DVD.

Hands and Foot. Exercises that include the hands along with your bass drum foot designed to help you improve the playability of grooves and patterns where your hand and foot strike together.

Hands THEN Foot. Complexity increases as Chip progresses to exercises where you strike the bass drum in-between where your hands are striking.

Heel-Toe Method. Chip demonstrates his approach to this technique, which allows you to play faster cleaner doubles at higher rates of speed than using the heel or toe alone.

The Power of 3. Chips incorporates his power of 3 concept to help you develop various rhythmic patterns from straight to swing and everything in-between.
