all what ab & cw said plus emotions and textures! the emotions one goes thruogh while playing and emotions one tries to convey. different textures to add like unique technique, playing the rims side of drum stands etc.or maybe different tools like rods finger tips a chain dropping on a drum. putting a cloth over the drums etc.
