Adams Korogi Yamaha Bergerault 3.3oct glocks bells

I am now considering the following models of glocks and bells, all 3.3octave (C-E), all of which have damper pedals (I need both 3.3oct and a damper system):

Yamaha YG2500 or YG-2500: $2350
Adams GAV33: $3400
Bergerault GRERPE: $3800
Korogi UG01: $3200

Let me know your thoughts on their sound and portability (foldable frame, etc)? Comparisons and contrasts would help greatly.

Sincerely,
Mitch

Re: Adams Korogi Yamaha Bergerault 3.3oct glocks bells

I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but my only experience with anything related to the instruments you listed was back in college (1984-88), when we had a set of the Bergerault bells with a damper system. They sounded great, and the pedal system worked fine. They never left the music building, so I can't really comment on the portability issue.

I haven't played any recent Bergerault instruments, but back then, they made a really nice set of bells.
