Bill, on your footwork combination lessons you have the heal striking the footplate. I'm having a problem doing that with my DW pedal as the footplate is too short. My toe ends up kicking the beater. I've tried different angles but can't quite get there.

Without having to purchase a new pedal do you have any advice?
