Not a book but Herlin Riley and Stanton Moore both have DVD's out on 2nd line drumming

There is a great book out by Herlin Riley and Johnny Vidacovich. The title is "New Orleans Jazz and Second Line Drumming". I think the video mentioned is based on the book or vice-versa. Several years ago I started playing in a jazz group that was into pulling out some cool second line and dixie land stuff, this book got me up to speed quick!
