C'mon, everybody!
      #25280 - Fri Feb 14 2003 01:52 PM (63.215.236.18)

...join in!

I've noticed that often, I'm the only one answering questions here. I'm glad to share whatever knowledge I have on a given topic, but I don't want this to be an "Ask Jim" board - and I don't think that is Tiger Bill's aim, either.

I'm the moderator, not the guru! [Wink]

Hope to hear from more of you soon,

JW

I wonder how many mallet players really are here? Not many speak up, and I've only got so much to say...I'm a poor college kid digging in the trash can for food.

In response to Mr. Walker, maybe we should have more polls, or random discussion? Eh...I'll throw in my two cents!

Dill

Hi, Dill -

Generally, "the more the merrier." I know there are far fewer mallet players participating in online forums, compared to drum set or drum corps players, but I'm still optimistic that we can get more traffic going here on this section of TigerBill's site.

To be honest, I'm not looking for anything in particular - polls, general discussion, "it's all good," as the kids say. As long as it's honest, good-natured, informative exchanges of information, that's cool!

Yeah, and in Brownwood they don't put much in the trash cans. [Big Grin] Sorry, couldn't resist!!(try Smitty's bar-b-que.)

LOL sad but true...if you saw my dorm, you'd have more than enough evidence to back up your case. And Smitty's has great b-b-q...need to dig in the couch for change and go back there.
