I explained and let loose on some John Bonham Triplet-based films in Season 2.
It was fun to do that, because it was something I learned when I was in high school - and havent used that approach in many years, but I miss it! ...
When you take those sixteenth triplets - and not only start them on the beat - but on the upbeat - to me, it's almost magical! ...
I love the way Bonham phrased some of those fills.
What songs do you hear those triplet fills on?
