Hey Everybody:
I new to the forum; just want to get introduced.
I'm a 49 year-old who has been playing seriously for about 5 years. Six months ago I earned a seat as the drummer in a local (Nashville) rock band. We practice twice a week, which has improved my skills, both as a drummer, and as a member of a team (band).
I've a great day job, but playing the drums works out all the demons. Rock is my preference, but I'm able to play a little jazz swing, which allows me to jam with some inlaws.
Look forward to meeting some of you.

Hi Trevor. I also live in Tennessee, I live in Hickman County, of all places...but yeah, it's only like a 45 minute drive to Music City!
