Here's my latest Free Video Lesson for the DrumMagazine.com site. Do I like Heavy Metal music? No, not really. I feel that most of it is, well, musically not very good!

However, I love all the Blast and Grind Beats that drummers get to play because they are great for developing your speed and endurance chops not to mention 4-way coordination.
