Hello, I have been working on the "finger technique" for a while now and have got it pretty good on my snare and even my toms, but when i try to put them all together on the set it's a disaster! Any ideas why this would be? Also, I have decent double bass (for a beginner) but it sounds really choppy I was wondering what i could do to "smooth" it out if you may. Lastly, I have contemplated for a while on taking drum lessons, but i have heard so many horror stories about people learning "the wrong way" what are some things I should ask before attending? and how much should drum lessons cost for good quality lessons? Thanks again for reading this and i look forward to any advice anyone can give me i am located in Carbondale, Illinois if there is someone on here that would be willing to help me one on one!
