I'm a Zildjian guy all the way. But I will play on anything ...I'm not a "drum racist" or anything like that. I'm a firm believer in the fact that as long as the product is workable, then it deems merit and has profitable productivity. In layman's terms - if it works, use it. My only true standard is that the cymbals must be cast and not pressed. The sound quality is light years in difference! Pressed are great for beginners learning how to use cymbals but should never be use in performance or recordings. Just my opinion.
